Honouring the Strength It Takes to Be Whole

Our Men’s Wellness Circles are a space for men to gather, reflect, and heal—together. Rooted in connection, accountability, and cultural strength, these circles invite men to explore their mental health, relationships, identity, and growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Many men carry deep stories, pressures, and pain—often in silence. These circles offer a place to speak, be heard, and reconnect with what it means to live with purpose, care, and integrity.

Whether you're navigating grief, stress, fatherhood, trauma, or transformation, you’re not alone. Our circles are a place to reclaim wellness, challenge stigma, and build community with other men.

Why It Matters:

What to Expect:

  • Gatherings held in-person in Yukon communities

  • Facilitated by clinical counsellors and cultural mentors

  • Land-based, community-hosted, and culturally grounded where possible

  • Tools for emotional resilience, relationship building, and self-awareness

Circles are open to all men, including Indigenous men, Two-Spirit men, fathers, young men, and Elders, and are shaped by the wisdom, experiences, and stories of those who attend.

Sample Themes:

  • Healing from intergenerational trauma

  • Healthy masculinity and emotional expression

  • Boundaries, accountability, and leadership

  • Ceremony, culture, and connection to land
