Aurora Wellness Foundation
Hope Grows Here.
Reducing barriers to mental health care and strengthening community wellness across the Yukon.
Who We Are
Aurora Wellness Foundation is an independent Yukon non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to mental health care and creating opportunities for connection, learning, and community wellness.
We work alongside individuals, communities, First Nations, schools, businesses, and local organizations to help build a Yukon where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
What We Do
Improve Access
We help reduce financial and practical barriers that can prevent people from accessing mental health care and wellness supports.
Build Community
We support workshops, events, partnerships, and community-led initiatives that create connection and belonging.
Promote Mental Wellness
We create opportunities for education, conversation, creativity, and awareness that help reduce stigma and strengthen community care.
Featured Initiative
The Fireweed Project
Hope Grows Here
The Fireweed Project is an annual community initiative that brings people together through wellness workshops, community conversations, beading groups, outreach activities, and the Fireweed Wellness Fair hosted at Aurora Wellness Group.
People are invited to participate, share what fireweed means to them, and help create communities where hope can grow.
